The Bilbao Night Run Fest takes place on 17 October 2026 and is one of the biggest night running events in Europe, with over 20,000 participants from all five continents. Yet outside Spain it's almost unknown. The urban circuit winds through Bilbao's main streets, starting at San Mamés stadium — home of Athletic Club — and finishing in front of the Guggenheim Museum. Throughout the course, live bands, DJs and thousands of supporters keep the night alive. The post-finish area turns into a full-on party with live music and beer. Race bibs sell out months in advance: in the 2025 edition they were gone three months early, with over 5,000 people on the waiting list. Anyone who wants to be there needs to act fast.
